This little girl was kept away from the “public-eye” and literally abandoned.  She has been in here for 2½ years and is now simply left alone and she cannot walk and or feed herself.  She is still acting like a baby that is just two months old.  Would you be willing to be a foster parent to her.

Ionel is a little boy who would love to have some nurturing and love by a foster parent.  Little children such as little Ionel are one of many little boys and girls that have that deserted and hopeless feeling.  Looking at the eyes of this little guy makes you glad you have  the heart that you do by loving him the way you were loved.
