Crown Child Placement - RomaniaWho We Are - Called to REBUILDCrown Child Placement - Romania is an organization that has a deep desire for the children of Romania. There are hundreds of these children that have been abandoned, simply left alone and ultimately not cared for. We are God fearing ministry that has a caring heart for the kids starting at birth and going all the way to 18 years old and truly caring for them as they "begin life as we know it" We are located in the Targu-Mures region of north-central Romania. We have made plans to create a much different life for these children over the next several years.
We have taken an interest in this ministry since 1997 and have prayed to the Lord for his Divine intervention to save these children from destruction and helping them to be a model citizen of Romania. We, however, cannot do this by ourselves. It take a lot of resources to make any program function well. We need: Construction personnel - Guys and gals that are good at anything. We need plumbers, electricians, carpenters, masons, you name it. Cooks - Ladies that can cook, bake, provide desserts, and great things for the kids to eat. Needless to say, the kids here in Romania do not eat like the rest of the world or even you in the USA. Some of it can be pretty "blah". How about lightening it up some and give them some treats for a while.People to simply love these kids - We need those people that have a real heart for children. These kids need but one thing while you're in their presence and that is LOVE. People to give to the various ministries - Some of us may not be able to come over, some can pray, but others can give. And we're asking that you truly and prayerfully give by digging deep into your pockets. We all know one day, the world (as we know it today) will end and we cannot take any of it with us, so why not bless a child or many children before we leave this earth,Those willing to give their time, talent and gifts for this mission - Many of us are GREAT at doing one thing or another. We have had skills for many years, even decades that we are so gifted at. Why not use it for the benefit of others? Accounting people - Are you good with numbers? A decent accountant or bookkeeper? Would you be willing to help us out with your talent. Come to Romania for 3 weeks and see what goes on and bless Crown-RO with your giftedness.Anyone who would like to help - This is for the rest for you. Anyone can do anything with a little talent or "show-me" how it works kind of attitude. We ask that the rest of you that may not fall into any of the above categories truly and prayerfully consider ":WHAT" you might do for the Lord and His children. Willing and committed people May I be perfectly frank with you? The job will not be easy, but it will be rewarding. The job will have a lot of downs, but there will also be a lot of highs. The job may seem discouraging, however, encouragement is what you'll give these kids (which is what they truly need). You'll see some disappointment, but you'll also see some huge benefits right before your eyes. You'll give hugs and in some cases not get a hug back, because they may not know how. You'll likely cook many meals and some of the food may not be eaten. You'll see some bad habits, but then you'll instill some good habits at the same time. So, is it worth it? If you have 2-3 weeks of time available, the cost of an airline ticket, we'll show you where to stay as inexpensive as possible, feed you the best Romanian food possible and you'll see a beautiful country like in this picture below. You will receive a blessing like never before. And what is more important, is that you'll be doing something for the Lord, like taking care of His children.
To the left is is a photo in the region of Targu-Mures region of north-central Romania. As you can see it is a beautiful part of Eastern Europe and we would encourage you to consider coming over and visiting us on a short term mission trip. Romania is a beautiful country with beautiful people in it and they have a need for the Lord Jesus Christ and His servants. And that means us, no matter where we live. The crime rate is low, there can be had a lot of fun and enjoyment with the people. The weather is wonderful in the summer. Our winters arte a little rough , but if you are used to it, then consider bringing your group or your family over for Christmas and blessing these kids during the holidays.
